Florence Galles is a safety and environmental management expert with extensive experience in risk prevention and compliance within industrial settings. Currently serving as the Responsable sécurité et environnement at Bischof + Klein since August 2022, Florence previously held various roles at ERAMET Sandouville from July 2002 to August 2022, including Coordinatrice sécurité, where responsibilities included managing a team and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Florence's expertise encompasses risk evaluation, training and awareness in health and safety protocols, incident investigation, internal audits, and environmental management. Educational qualifications include a specialized Master's degree in Quality, Safety, and Environment from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Risk Management from Le Havre Normandy University.
