Qiang

Qiang Ma is a Research Scientist at BISCO since July 2019 and has been an Adjunct Professor at City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College since January 2018, teaching Organic Chemistry and General Chemistry. Prior experience includes serving as Laboratory Coordinator and Principal Investigator at 5X Energy Solutions Inc from August 2017 to June 2019, where Qiang Ma led a research team, wrote proposals, and characterized functional polymer membranes and organic components. Additional roles as Adjunct Professor at College of DuPage and Harold Washington College provided further experience in teaching chemistry. Qiang Ma worked as an Engineer at AET Integration, Inc. and was a Research Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where a dissertation focused on novel electrolytes for lithium-ion batteries. Qiang Ma holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Electrochem from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Nankai University.
