Natascha Verschure

Natascha Verschure is an experienced professional in category management and product development with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as Group Category Manager at BISCUIT INTERNATIONAL since January 2023, Natascha has held several key positions including International Category Manager for Bread Replacements and Product Manager for Cookies and Biscuits at Continental Bakeries since June 2017, as well as Product Manager Retail at Le Duc Fine Food B.V. from July 2016 to May 2017. Prior experience includes senior roles at Zeelandia, Foodscore Group, and Unilever, where responsibilities ranged from market research to consumer insights over a span of more than 14 years. Natascha holds a degree in Food Technology from HAS Delft and has completed additional education in Analytical Chemistry and Marketing.
