Matthias Gustav

Matthias Gustav is a financial and administrative leader with extensive experience in auditing and financial management across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Responsable administratif et financier du Groupe Bouvard since April 2020, Matthias oversees a financial team of 15 individuals and manages the financial consolidation, accounting, commercial management control, treasury, taxation, and legal aspects for approximately 30 companies in various countries. Prior to this role, Matthias held significant positions at KPMG France, Mazars, Ernst & Young, and VINCI Construction France, where responsibilities included conducting financial audits for major corporations and leading financial teams. Matthias holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and has completed an MBA exchange program at Tecnológico de Monterrey, alongside obtaining an engineering degree from the Université des sciences appliquées d’Erfurt.
