Deb Merwick, SHRM-SCP, is the Business Owner of DMR Hawaii, a certified 8(a), woman-owned small business specializing in staffing solutions in Hawaii, with a focus on DOD contracting opportunities in IT/tech, human resources, and administration. Deb also serves as the VP & Director of Technical Recruitment at Bishop & Company, Inc., managing the technical recruiting division. In the past, Deb worked as a Technical Recruiter and Facility Security Officer at Computer Training Academy. Deb holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a MSIS in Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University.
