Aaron Roop is an accomplished senior leader in the senior living and healthcare industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Bishop Gadsden Episcopal Retirement Community since September 2020. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Vice President of Operations at Asbury Place at Kingsport from September 2017 to September 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing a multi-campus Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Northeast Tennessee. Aaron's experience also includes serving as Administrator at Medical Facilities of America from August 2010 to September 2017, where leadership included the management of a 180-bed skilled nursing facility with over 150 employees, as well as the development and execution of financial strategies to maintain a significant profit margin. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from King University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Virginia's College at Wise.
