Christine McKinney, C.P.A. has over 25 years of accounting experience. Christine began their career in 1995 as a Staff Accountant at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes. In 2000, they moved to Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco as a Senior Accountant II, where they were responsible for month-end close operations, reconciliations, and internal and external financial reporting. In 2007, they joined Mervyns, LLC as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst/Financial Reporting Manager, where they were responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial disclosures to management. In 2008, they moved to Pacer International as the Director of Financial Reporting, where they managed the monthly close of Corporate division, including accruals, cash, intercompany transactions, stock-based compensation calculations and revenue recognition applications. In 2010, they joined Adept Technology as the SEC & FP&A Manager, where they managed internal financial reporting to board of directors and SEC filings, worked closely with Adept's Controller, CFO and external legal counsel, and implemented SEC filing tool and led XBRL implementation. In 2012, they joined CallidusCloud as the Accounting Manager and Technical Accounting & Reporting Manager, where they managed monthly and year-end close process, prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and managed internal financial reporting to board of directors and external SEC filings. In 2015, they joined Bishop Ranch by Sunset Development Company as the Accounting Manager and Financial Reporting Manager.

Christine McKinney, C.P.A. holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting & Finance from California Polytechnic State University, which they obtained in 1999.
