Conor Deal

Conor Deal has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience. From 2007 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Associate at CBRE, where they advised clients on the acquisition and disposition of industrial, flex, R&D, office and retail properties throughout the Bay Area & Northern California. Conor also participated in the leasing and marketing of several class A office and R&D projects on the San Francisco Peninsula, developing and implementing successful, creative marketing campaigns to attract new tenants. In 2012, they joined PS Business Parks, Inc. as Leasing Director, where they were responsible for driving NOI, occupancy, and leasing for a 3 million square foot, multi-project, Industrial/R&D/Life Science portfolio in Hayward, San Leandro and Oakland. Conor maximized returns of leases through financial analysis of proposed transactions and worked closely with third party leasing teams to maximize exposure of the portfolio to brokerage community and minimize lease up time. Most recently, Conor Deal was Vice President of Leasing at Bishop Ranch by Sunset Development Company, where they were responsible for the leasing and marketing of Sunset Developments 5.3 million square foot Bishop Ranch office park.

Conor Deal obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
