Melissa Korslien

Melissa Korslien is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in teaching and leadership roles within the education sector. Currently serving as an English and Digital Literacy Teacher at Bismarck Public Schools since July 2018, Melissa also coaches soccer and dance teams, is a team leader, and has been actively involved in Science Olympiad and FIRST Lego Robotics. Previously, Melissa taught Business Education at Grand Forks Public Schools and was recognized as the 2018 NDACTE New Teacher of the Year. In addition to educational roles, Melissa has held leadership positions in organizations such as Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals and has experience in public relations and client services. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Business Education from Valley City State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary.
