Jaume Santacana

Jaume Santacana has worked in various roles since 1997. Jaume started their career as an Ejecutivo de Cuentas at AMD Internacional. In 2000, they were Managing Director at CPM Expertus Field Marketing, where they were responsible for the Operations teams, defining and implementing the annual business plan, managing large accounts, opening and directing 14 delegations with 92 people in charge, and designing, developing and deploying ERP and reporting systems. In 2011, they were appointed Dirección General Operaciones at Expertus Services Group. In 2017, they became Co-founder & Steering Committee at MondaysPDGInvest and Director General at Expertus Group, where they were responsible for the elaboration and deployment of the strategic plan for new lines of business and the internationalization plan of Expertus Group. In 2018, they became CEO & Partner at Bismart, Business Intelligence Specialist Services and Mentor Directivos de Microempresas Programa FEM IESE_Caixabank at IESE Business School - University of Navarra.

Jaume Santacana received their Programa Dirección General (PDG) from IESE Business School in 2017. Jaume also holds two degrees from Universitat de Barcelona, a Grado en Investigacion Privada in Ciencias sociales and a Grado en Criminología in Ciencias sociales, both completed in 1999.
