Maialen Etxeberria Urteaga

Maialen Etxeberria Urteaga has been working in the field of Business Intelligence since 2016. MAIALEN began their career with ORKLI GROUP, where they served as Responsable del desarrollo e implementación del CRM from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they were responsible for developing and adapting the tool to the needs of Comfort-Hogar Calefacción y Calentamiento businesses, as well as training and monitoring the sales force. In 2018, they joined Inorbis Analytics as a Business Intelligence Consultant. In this role, they developed data loading processes, created a Data Warehouse, articulated Tabular Models, designed and developed static and dynamic reports, and optimized data visualization. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Bismart, Business Intelligence Specialist Services, where they currently serve as an Enterprise BI Architect and BI Consultant.

MAIALEN ETXEBERRIA URTEAGA obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the field of International Business Consultancy (IBC) from 2015 to 2016. MAIALEN then obtained a Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea in the field of Contabilidad from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they obtained a Máster en Business Intelligence e Innovación Tecnológica from EAE Business School. In 2022, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification from Microsoft.
