Didhiti Talapatra

Didhiti Talapatra has extensive experience in engineering and project management roles. Didhiti started their career as an Engineering Intern at Taegu Tec India Limited, where they assisted engineers in design and manufacturing. Didhiti then worked as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies, responsible for project management.

In 2010, Didhiti joined Baker Hughes as a Research, Design & Development Mechanical Engineer. Didhiti progressed through different roles and was instrumental in designing and developing innovative tools and systems, such as a full bore pressure activated firing system and a high-pressure high-temperature perforating system. Didhiti also conducted testing, root cause analysis, and resolved field failures.

Since 2015, Didhiti has been with BiSN as an Engineering Manager. In this role, they oversee all engineering activities, guides the engineering team, manages project timelines and resources, and collaborates with other departments, suppliers, and contractors. Didhiti also contributes to the company's vision by implementing best practices and ensuring a sound safety culture. Didhiti is involved in customer proposal management and the recruitment and management of the technical team.

Didhiti Talapatra completed a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Before entering college, they attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 1999 to 2001, but their degree name and field of study during this time are unknown.
