Joshua Piquion

Joshua Piquion is an experienced professional in the fields of event production and real estate investment. Currently serving as an Event Producer at Bisnow since December 2023, Joshua also founded Maamba Capital in April 2022, an investment firm that focuses on dealmaking and strategic partnerships in commercial real estate and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Joshua was a Strategic Partner at Search Fund Coalition from April to December 2023, contributing to a community for entrepreneurs involved in lower middle market and small/medium business acquisitions. Previously, Joshua founded and served as CEO of Notes Family Enterprise LLC from November 2020 to September 2022, specializing in mobile home investments, and worked as a Talent Agent for Gravity IT Resources in mid-2019. Joshua holds a degree from Florida International University, earned between 2018 and 2021.
