Özgür Yüksel is an experienced technical leader specializing in Linux and cloud support, currently serving as Technical Support Lead / Linux Specialist at BiSoft Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. since December 2023. Prior to this role, Özgür Yüksel spent over two decades at Oracle, progressing through various positions including Director of Linux and Cloud Support, where responsibilities included managing technical support for enterprise customers, leading high-performing teams, and establishing the Oracle Linux and Cloud community. Educational credentials include an MSc and BSc in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University, complemented by experience as a Teaching Assistant and a Student Assistant at the same institution.
