Miguel Pereira

Miguel Pereira is currently the Corporate Finance Director at Bison Bank, where he previously held the position of Corporate Finance V. P. He has a background in corporate finance and M&A, with experience at Banif Investment Bank. Prior to Bison Bank, Miguel worked as a Finance: Risk Management & Auditing professional at Santander Totta for seven years. He also has experience as a Corporate Finance Tutor at London Business School and as a LBS Consultant at PMEInvestimentos. Miguel holds an MBA from London Business School, as well as post-graduate degrees in Finance and Financial Management Services from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. He completed his undergraduate degree in Business Management at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
