Mark Rogalski, MBA has a strong background in finance and accounting. Mark currently holds the position of VP of Finance at Bison Gear Motors, where they have been since March 2023. Mark also served as Finance Manager at PartyLite from January 2002 to November 2009, providing financial insight, budgeting support, and month-end cost analysis for the Mexico distribution center.

Mark began their career at National Castings, Inc, where they held multiple positions including Controller from November 1999 to October 2001. In this role, they prepared consolidated financial statements and supervised credit and collection activities. Mark also assisted in the ISO 9000 certification process. Prior to this, they held the positions of General Accounting Manager, Cost Accounting Manager, and Staff Accountant at the company from 1994 to 2001.

Mark Rogalski, MBA has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Illinois State University, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992. Mark then pursued further education and earned an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Accounting/Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completing the program between 1993 and 1996. In addition, they obtained a certification in "How to Be Both Assertive and Likable" from LinkedIn in June 2023.
