Caíque Morato Lima is a management professional with a robust background in process improvement and operational excellence, currently serving as Supervisor of Continuous Improvement at Bison Transport Inc. since December 2022. Previously, at Procter & Gamble, key roles included Startup Manager and Project Manager - Site Initiative Execution Leader, overseeing product validation and new product implementation across manufacturing plants in Manaus, Brazil.
