Daniel Montgomery

Daniel Montgomery has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Daniel is currently the EVP - Operations at Bison Water Midstream since July 2023. Prior to this, they held roles at WaterBridge Resources LLC, where they served as the Senior Vice President Operations - Mid-Continent from September 2018 to August 2023, and as the Senior Vice President - Operations Strategy & Development from April 2018 to September 2018. Before that, they worked at Pioneer Natural Resources Company as a Continuous Improvement Manager - Permian Drilling from April 2017 to April 2018, and as a Project Controls Supervisor from April 2014 to April 2017. Daniel also has experience in equity management, having worked as a Managing Director at OneHEEL Partners, LLC from September 2013 to January 2017. Additionally, they have held positions at Access Midstream as a Commercial Gas Representative from October 2013 to April 2014, and as a Facilities Engineer from May 2012 to October 2013. Daniel served in the US Navy as a Naval Officer - Aviator, where they were responsible for various roles related to aircraft functionality, system engineering research projects, and crew management.

Daniel Montgomery obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy from 1999 to 2003. Daniel then pursued further education and received an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2012 to 2014. In addition, they have earned a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
