Colin Bloemendaal

Colin Bloemendaal is an experienced Industrial Designer currently employed at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. since May 2012, where responsibilities include concept sketching, Photoshop rendering, collaboration with the engineering department, and presenting concepts to customers. Prior experience includes an internship at Chervon North America, focusing on product benchmarking, visual brand language, ergonomics evaluation, and focus group research. Before entering the field of industrial design, Colin worked as a Wood Carver and Furniture Builder at Kindel Furniture Co. from March 2007 to December 2010. Colin's educational background includes a degree in Industrial Design from Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University, complemented by studies at Grand Rapids Community College.
