Kelly Blanchard

Kelly Blanchard is an experienced professional with a strong background in consumer care operations and project management. Currently serving as Associate Manager of Consumer Care Operations at BISSELL Homecare, Inc., Kelly manages the corporate consumer care representative team and oversees daily operations to ensure service objectives are met. Previous roles include Client Operations Manager at Eidex®, where responsibilities encompassed operational process improvement, marketing collaboration, and client relations. Kelly's experience also includes leading federally assisted school nutrition programs at National Heritage Academies and providing media relations support during internships at Public Communications Inc. and MPRM Communications. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Grand Valley State University.
