Mike Timm

Mike Timm is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in hardware engineering and quality management. Currently serving as the Lead Hardware Engineer - Electronics at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. since November 2023, Mike previously held the position of Electronics Hardware Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation from October 2021 to November 2023. With a long tenure at Whirlpool from November 1991 to July 2020, Mike progressed through various roles, including Quality Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included serving as the Global Test Lead for Dryers, and Senior Quality Engineer focused on electronics quality for GUI controls and user interfaces. Mike's early career at Whirlpool featured positions such as Electrical Design Engineer Hardware and Electrical Engineering Technician, culminating in a role as Laboratory Technician specializing in electronic controls for dishwashers. Mike retired from Whirlpool through the Voluntary Early Retirement program on July 1, 2020.
