Scott Matthews

Scott Matthews, PMP, currently serves as the Engineering Manager for Engineering Excellence at BISSELL Homecare, Inc., after holding the position of Lead Engineer in the same department since April 2023. Prior to this role, Scott spent nearly seven years at Steelcase, where contributions as a Senior Product Engineer included founding Steelcase Studio, leading the development of custom furniture solutions, and managing teams through extensive product development processes. Scott also held various engineering roles at Steelcase, including Customer Solutions Engineer and Life-Cycle Engineering Intern, and gained experience at Herman Miller and GE Aviation as an intern. Scott earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Material Science & Engineering from Michigan State University.
