Anuradha Gajanayaka

Anuradha Gajanayaka has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the IT industry. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as an ERP Consultant and later as an Associate ERP Consultant at Kingslake. Anuradha then joined Teamwork Technology in 2006, where they served as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, Group Manager - IT Projects, and eventually as a Delivery Manager. In 2011, they joined Exilesoft (Pvt) Limited as a Delivery Manager, responsible for software development project deliveries in the Nordic region. At TIQRI, from 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Head of PMO and was responsible for leading the project management organization and the professional development of software engineering professionals. In 2019, they joined MicroCloud 360 as a Service Delivery Manager and started working at BISTEC Global Services as the Chief Operating Officer. Anuradha also served as a Director at BISTEC Care and as a General Council Member at SLASSCOM. With their diverse background, Anuradha Gajanayaka has demonstrated expertise in project management, software development, and strategic leadership.

Anuradha Gajanayaka's education history begins in 1990 when they attended Galahitiyawa Central College, where they studied Mathematics. They later enrolled at the University of Peradeniya from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. In 2001, Anuradha Gajanayaka pursued an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA, completing the program in 2006.

From 2007 to 2010, Anuradha Gajanayaka attended BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology. Following this, in 2011, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Anuradha Gajanayaka then enrolled at Project Management Institute PMI from 2011 to 2023 to complete a Project Management degree.

In addition to their formal education, Anuradha Gajanayaka obtained further certifications. In 2015, they became a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) through Scaled Agile, Inc. They also obtained an Associate Member - AMIE (SL) designation from the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka. Anuradha Gajanayaka also holds an edX Honor Code Certificate for Big Data and Social Physics from edX.
