Tatiana Corrêa Góes Mendonça

Tatiana Corrêa Góes Mendonça serves as the IT Director of Bistek Supermercados since March 2008, overseeing a team of over 30 professionals and leading the implementation of critical technologies, including ERP and CRM systems, to enhance retail operations across 22 stores and 4 distribution centers in southern Brazil. With extensive experience as the owner of Techbay since June 1986, Tatiana specializes in systems analysis, design, and software development for commercial applications. Previous roles include IT Consultant at ExxonMobil, focusing on SAP R/3 Basis, and System Analyst positions at both Bistek Supermercados and Bechtel Corporation. Tatiana holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, a specialization in Production Automation, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
