Amir Shalev

Head Of Design at Bit

Amir Shalev has a diverse work experience in design-related roles. Amir is currently the Head of Design at Bit (Cocycles) since August 2018. Prior to that, they founded Redigma.com in January 2012, where they focused on motion design and transitioned into Internet and mobile design. Amir is known for their aesthetic and detail-oriented designs.

Amir has also worked as a Senior UX Designer at Puls from March 2018 to September 2018, and at Autodesk from December 2016 to November 2017. Amir gained experience as a Product Designer at Vocativ from June 2016 to September 2016, and as a UX/UI Designer at Microsoft from January 2015 to June 2016.

In addition, Amir has founded HIVtalk.com in January 2014, a website aimed at raising awareness for HIV/AIDS. Amir also worked as a designer at R.n.d Investments Ltd., where they redesigned an app for children in May and June 2014.

Amir's earlier work experience includes working as a Web Designer at Inkod-Hypera from December 2012 to May 2013, and as a Web Graphic Designer at McCann Erickson Israel in 2011.

Amir Shalev attended the Holon Institute of Technology, where they earned a B.design degree in Visual Communication. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in German fluency from Duolingo. In October 2015, they achieved elementary fluency, and in January 2017, they reached an intermediate level of fluency in German.
