Kristina Erak

Kristina Erak is the Operations Manager at Bit Alliance. Kristina has held this position since June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Project Manager at Bit Alliance from June 2021 to June 2022. In that role, they were responsible for managing and assisting a few projects with various donors such as International Organisation for Migration, MarketMakers, USAID WHAM, International Labour Organisation, etc.

From March 2021 to June 2022, Kristina was the Public Relations & Communications Manager at Bit Alliance. In that role, they were responsible for creating an internal and external communication strategy, communication with 40+ IT companies, communication with 100+ partners, creating content for Newsletters and social media, social media management, event management, creating press releases, maintaining relations with the media, and website administration.

Before their time at Bit Alliance, Kristina was a Communication Consultant at Society for research and protection of biodiversity from August 2020 to March 2021.

Kristina Erak is a 4/4 student at the Faculty of Law at the University of Banja Luka. Kristina has also received certification from ADRA International in Business English Certificate, AIESEC in Bosnia and Herzegovina in Business Skills Academy, TIDEA d.o.o. in Evropska noć istraživača, LiderLab - Centar za lični razvoj, coaching i edukaciju in Personal Development Trainings, European Youth Parliament (EYP) in Regional Forum 2016, Youth Initiative for Human Rights Serbia in School of Different Memories, U.S. Department of Commerce in Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Written Argument Webinar, and AIESEC in Bosnia and Herzegovina in Youth Speak Forum.
