Ray Lu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ray is currently a Co-Founder at Bit.Country since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at MVP Studio as an R&D specialist starting in 2013. From 2015 to 2016, Ray worked at The Diary Pte. Ltd. as a Technical Consultant, where they focused on startup software development with a distributed team. Before that, they served as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Developer at Datacom from 2010 to 2013, contributing to the development of a new application suite. Ray also worked at TXNZ - Air New Zealand as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Developer from 2009 to 2010, overseeing projects such as Grabaseat beds and Air NZ holiday integrations. Ray briefly worked as a Contract Senior Software Developer at MediaWorks NZ in 2009 and was a Senior Software Developer at International Telematics from 2005 to 2009, where they were involved in asset GPS monitoring and web development.

Ray Lu attended Kaikorai Valley College in Dunedin from 1999 to 2000, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they attended The University of Auckland from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
