Tan Phan's work experience includes:

- Currently working as a Software Developer at Bit.Country & Metaverse.Network since December 2022. Responsibilities include creating new functions and updates for the Metaverse 3D world, maintaining and updating the website, and working with the game engine to improve user experience.

- Worked as a Consultant at Netcompany from July 2021 to September 2022. Worked on several projects and collaborated with the team and customers for ticket refinement and planning, mainly focusing on long-running medium-large scale projects.

- Worked as a Software Developer at VietJet Air from January 2021 to June 2021. Learned and worked with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Co-founder and Mobile Application Developer at Bloop JSC from October 2019 to October 2020.

- Worked as a Frontend Freelancer from January 2019 to September 2019.

- Worked as an IT Automation Engineer at Intel Corporation from June 2018 to December 2018. Responsibilities included supporting engineers in troubleshooting and problem-solving, creating troubleshooting guidelines for employees, and using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap to create user guidebooks.

- Worked as a Product Owner and Webview Maintenance at GEEK Up from January 2016 to May 2016.

From 2012 to 2018, Tan Phan attended RMIT University Vietnam, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
