Louis Erickson J. Jr. is an accomplished entrepreneur and software engineer with extensive experience in leading and managing technology-driven businesses. As the Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Bit-Wizards since February 2000, Louis has overseen all operational aspects, contributing to the company's recognition as a consistent recipient of the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Company award and a top contender in Florida's Best Places to Work. Louis co-founded TalkingParents in June 2012, further establishing expertise in software development and business management. A seasoned board member, Louis has contributed to various organizations, including CareerSource Okaloosa Walton and Florida's Great Northwest, while also holding earlier positions at companies such as Eureka Software Solutions and BTG Delta Research Division.
