Taylor Graves

Taylor Graves has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. They started their career in 2016 at LabCorp as a Patient Intake Representative, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, Taylor joined TalkingParents as the Director of Customer Experience. Later that year, they also joined Bit-Wizards as an Administrative Assistant. Over the years, Taylor progressed within Bit-Wizards, taking on roles such as Product Support Coordinator, Lead Product Support Coordinator, and Customer Experience Team Manager. As of February 2022, Taylor holds the position of Director of Customer Experience at Bit-Wizards.

Taylor Graves attended Crestview High School from 2005 to 2010 and obtained a High School Diploma. In 2018, they completed the Inbound (New) certification from HubSpot Academy.
