Carla Sofia Falcon Cotrina

Carla Sofia Falcon Cotrina has a solid background in quality assurance and technical support, currently serving as a Product Owner and QA Analyst at bit2bit Americas since 2021. Prior to this role, Carla was a Help Desk Support Specialist at Centro Internacional de la Papa from August 2020 to August 2021, and an intern providing Blackboard user support at Universidad de Lima from June 2019 to July 2020. Additionally, Carla gained experience as an IT Commercial Intern at Ommnia Solution in 2019.
