Gaetano Viola has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Gaetano is currently the Chief Service Manager at bit2win, where they lead a global team and focuses on co-creating innovation with customers through digital transformation programs. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture as a Business & Integration Architect Manager, where they aligned technology with business strategy and drove digital transformation projects on a cross-country scale. Gaetano also held the role of Business & Integration Architect - Manager at New Energy Group, which is part of Accenture Technology. Before joining Accenture, Gaetano worked at Axway as a Solution Architect/Technical Account Manager, representing Italy at global service improvement meetings. Gaetano began their career at Tesnet IT S.r.L as an IT Manager and later worked at Accenture as a Consultant.

Gaetano Viola obtained a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Università degli Studi di Palermo. Their education focused on fields such as Aerospace Structures, Piezoelectric materials braking mechanics, FEM, and BEM. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in October 2017 and as a SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2018.
