Michele Mangafà has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 1995, they served as a Software Engineer at Netsiel before moving on to Sistemi Informativi in 1996 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 1997, they joined Siva S.p.A. as a Technical Architect, where they managed various projects in the Telco and Utilities sectors. During their time at Siva, they also conducted a research project on speaker identification.

In 2005, Michele became the CTO and Founder of New Energy Group, a startup where they played a key role in defining and validating the company's architectural guidelines. Michele contributed extensively to the company's technological strategy and supported project delivery activities.

In 2012, Michele collaborated in the launch of bit2win, a software company offering a cloud Configure Price and Quote solution. Michele served as the CTO, focusing on designing the business rule engine. After a successful M&A operation, they became a partner and stakeholder in the company and continues to actively contribute to the platform's evolution.

From 2016 to 2020, Michele worked at Accenture as an Associate Director.

Throughout their career, Michele has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, architecture, and strategic decision-making, making valuable contributions to each organization they have been a part of.

Michele Mangafà completed their Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Bari, starting in 1988 and graduating in 1994. In 2010, they attended Consorzio Elis and obtained a certification as a Technical Service Designer of hybrid IT/Cloud architectures. Michele also obtained a certification as a MongoDB Certified DBA from MongoDB in January 2015.
