Alison Payne is a dedicated Social Worker with extensive experience in supporting marginalized communities, particularly migrants, in Ireland. Currently serving as an Integration Support Worker at Business in the Community Ireland since December 2012, Alison manages programs focused on social integration and employment for migrant jobseekers. Previously, Alison worked as a Psychosocial Support Officer, providing crucial assistance to individuals facing various personal challenges. Prior to this, Alison gained experience as a Child Protection Social Worker with the Health Service Executive, working with children at risk and their families. Alison holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Galway and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from University College Dublin.
