Jason Balcome

Jason Balcome has over ten years of work experience in various roles. In 2021, they began working as a Field Marketing Manager for Bitchin' Sauce. From 2019-2021, they were an Owners Representative for O-ONGO INC. From 2016-2019, they were the Conference Operations Director for Pali Retreat, overseeing the daily operations of retreat programs and managing the logistics and scheduling associated with having multiple groups at the facility at one time. From 2015-2016, they were the Assistant Director for Pali Institute, working under the Director to provide an exceptional educational experience for students. From 2011-2015, they were the Assistant Director - Parks and Recreation for the Town of Blowing Rock, creating opportunities for recreation for residents and visitors and running and managing youth sports programs and a day camp program.

Jason Balcome attended Appalachian State University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching.
