Mike DeGrace has an extensive work experience in the food industry. Mike started their career in 1987 as a Sales Representative at Mondelēz International. Over the next decade, they held various roles at the company, including District Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Manager of Customer Sales. In 1997, they moved to Chicago to become the Director of Customer Marketing at Mondelēz International. In 1998, they joined Kraft Foods Group as the Area Director Customer Marketing, where they developed and executed co-marketing programs for Oreo’s “Great with Milk”, Chip’s Ahoy NSYNC + Britney Spears events, NASCAR, Peyton Manning Fall Football and Wheat Thins “Build a Dream Kitchen” programs. Mike was also the Director of Sales for Central, where they developed profitable branded platforms for Aldi and Save-A-Lot on Fruit Snacks, Marshmallows and Candy. In 2006, they joined Fresh Express as the Director of Sales for the Kroger Team, where they achieved Kroger divisional growth of +59% @ Great Lakes, +104% @ Cincinnati, +479% @ Central and +999% @ Mid South behind contract management distribution gains. In 2007, they moved to WhiteWave Foods as the Vice President of Sales for Grocery East, where they led national sales performance in 2010 in share +3. Mike was also the Vice President of Sales for Channels Team, where they led national growth performance from 2011 - 2013 with compounded annual net sales growth of +13%. In 2014, they joined Kellogg Company as the Vice President Sales and Vice President Sales Planning and Strategy, where they developed customer and channel segment based strategic planning process. In 2016, they became the Senior Vice President Of Sales at Amplify Snack Brands, where they led sales force professionalization turn-around. In 2018, they joined Evolution Fresh as the Vice President Sales, where they led implementation of necessary, sustainable growth strategies and processes which turned around negative trending businesses, and sold in private branded Cold Pressed juice proposition to major national conventional retailer. In 2019, they became the SVP of Sales at Bitchin' Sauce.
Mike DeGrace attended the University of Maryland from 1982 to 1986, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
