Kevin Helbing

Kevin Helbing has a strong financial background and extensive experience in various leadership roles. Kevin is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at BITCO Insurance Companies since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at UFG Insurance where they held several positions, including Assistant Vice President and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Assistant Vice President and Co-CFO, and Assistant Vice President and Controller. At UFG Insurance, they managed the actuary department, oversaw the financial close process, and successfully integrated accounting functions of acquired companies. Before joining UFG Insurance, Kevin worked as the Vice President of Treasury at Marsh USA and as an Accounting Manager at Iowa City Press-Citizen.

Kevin Helbing attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting and Business/Management. Kevin also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the same university during the same years. In terms of additional certifications, Kevin obtained a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The Institutes CPCU Society in 2016 and an AIAF (Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance) certification from The Institutes in 2011.
