Matthew Kane

Matthew Kane is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Underwriting at BITCO Insurance Companies since April 2017, specializing in construction underwriting. In addition to this role, Matthew has trained underwriters and managed public entity programs. Prior to BITCO, Matthew worked at PT1 from October 2012 to April 2017 as a renewal and new sales agent focused on advancing the Physical Therapy industry. Earlier experience includes a position at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics from September 2009 to October 2012, where responsibilities involved overseeing chart control operations and enhancing patient satisfaction in the orthopedic department. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Iowa, both awarded in 2012.
