Štěpán Mesany

Štěpán Mesany is currently the Head of Customer Experience and Insights at Trezor and also holds the title of Head of UX Research and UX Researcher at the same company. Prior to Trezor, they worked as a Front Office Assistant at QED GROUP a.s. and as a Customer Experience Manager at Represent.com. Štěpán also has experience working in program coordination roles at YFU Czech Republic and YFU Australia & New Zealand. Additionally, they have worked as a Music Teacher at Pre-school Na Vysinach. They hold Bachelor's degrees in Balkan Studies - Albanian Philology and Translation Studies with Intercultural Communication (German-Czech) from Charles University, and are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Prague College of Psychosocial Studies.
