Narcisa Cocei has been with Bitdefender since March 2015, serving in progressively responsible roles including Technical Project Manager, Partner Technical Support Specialist, and Technical Support Engineer. Prior to Bitdefender, Narcisa worked at Euroanswer as a Customer Service Representative from August 2014 to March 2015. Currently, Narcisa is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at Universitatea „Dunărea de Jos” din Galați, with an expected graduation in July 2025.
