Ovidiu Lepadatu

Ovidiu Lepadatu has over 20 years of experience in training and knowledge management, currently serving as the Partner Enablement & LMS Director at Bitdefender since November 2008. In this role, Ovidiu leads global partner enablement initiatives and designs world-class training and certification programs for partners and customers in cybersecurity solutions. Prior to this position, Ovidiu held various roles at Bitdefender, including Global Training Manager, where comprehensive training programs were developed for employees and customers. Experience also includes significant roles at TechTeam Global and Canon, focused on knowledge management, training coordination, and customer support. Ovidiu holds a post-university degree in Foreign Languages and Literature and a bachelor’s degree in the same field, showcasing a strong educational background in languages.
