Renu Bhatia

Renu is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the finance, fintech and health care sectors. She is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Chairman and Co-Founder of Opharmic Technology. She has also served on a number of boards/advisory groups including the Board of Review of the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Ordinance, the Hong Kong Enterprise Support Scheme Assessment Panel of the Innovation and Technology Fund, the Hong Kong Baptist University Business School and the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Centre Advisory Group. She started her career in finance at Goldman Sachs and HSBC Asset Management and was a leader in the finch space in Hong Kong having Co-Founded Asia Fintech Angels and as a Founding Partner of Supercharger, a dedicated finch accelerator. She is a licensed physician and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Yale University, a Doctor of Medicine from the University of London.
