Lori Mizuno

Lori Mizuno has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lori is currently working as a Senior Project Administrator at Bitfocus, a company that creates technology to address social challenges. In this role, Lori is responsible for utilizing software and professional services to facilitate data-driven decision making.

Before joining Bitfocus, Lori worked as a Nonprofit Operations and Strategy Consultant at Lori Mizuno Consulting. During this time, they focused on helping nonprofits improve their operations and develop strategies to enhance program development and organizational sustainability.

Prior to that, Lori served as the Director of Operations at Avivar Capital, where they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Lori also has experience as an Executive Director at Wellness Works of Glendale, where they provided strategic operational leadership and managed various aspects of the organization including finances, systems management, and human resources.

Additionally, Lori worked as the Senior Director of Operations at Cause Communications, where they played a key role in managing operations.

Before their roles in the nonprofit sector, Lori held various positions at the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Lori served as the Senior Director of Global Advocacy Operations, where they managed budgets, oversaw project operations in multiple countries, and developed partnerships with external organizations. In these roles, they oversaw contracts, conducted needs assessments, analyzed data, and managed program outcomes.
