George Kikvadze

George Kikvadze is the Executive Vice Chairman at Bitfury, a Blockchain technology company. George has over 20 years of experience in investments, capital markets and management. Prior to joining Bitfury, Kikvadze was a Managing Partner at Emergent Capital, an M&A advisory & investment management company registered in Cayman Islands. Throughout the years Emergent Capital has attracted capital and advised on deals totaling $2 bln. Some notable deals Kikvadze has been involved in include Board Member & Chief Investment Officer of Terra Food Holding - largest dairy group in Ukraine, Board Member & Chief Investment Officer Ukrlandfarmng PLC - leading agro-industrial holding in Ukraine, managing some 550,000 hectares (1mln acres) of prime farmland, Chairman of the Board - VAB Bank - top 20 Bank in Ukraine (Assets ~ $1 bln), and Advisor to the Owner: TBILVINO - a leading winery based in the Republic of Georgia. In addition, Kikvadze is also a member of the Advisory Board of Georgian Co-Investment Fund.
