Cindy Fransiska

Cindy Fransiska is a dedicated professional with a strong background in product management and IT support. Currently serving as Product Lead at Siloam Hospitals Group, Cindy focuses on back-office projects related to Patient Administration initiatives. As a Product Specialist at BitHealth since May 2022, Cindy defines product objectives and conducts requirements elicitation to identify user needs. Previously, Cindy worked as Deputy IT Support Officer at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, handling IT-related responsibilities at the embassy, and as Product Owner at Moonlay Technologies, where Cindy collaborated with development teams to build applications. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from Institut Teknologi Del, obtained in September 2018.
