Jaewon Choi

Jaewon Choi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the cryptocurrency and banking sectors. Currently serving as President of Bithumb holdings Ltd. since February 2018, Jaewon Choi has also held roles as Chief Executive of the Listing Committee and CEO of Bithumb Korea. Prior to joining Bithumb, Jaewon Choi worked at Barclays Investment Bank from October 2004 to June 2017, where responsibilities included serving as Korea CFO/Treasurer and Vice President of the Korea Finance team. Earlier in the career, Jaewon Choi worked as a Manager in the financial services and audit division at EY from April 2000 to September 2004. Jaewon Choi earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hanyang University.
