Anjum Niaz

Anjum Niaz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2002, they worked as a ".NET Architect" at Descon Information Systems. From 2005 to 2006, Anjum worked at Systems Limited as a ".NET Architect / Consultant Software Engineer," where they were responsible for overall .NET development, introducing new technologies, mentoring teams, conducting trainings, and resolving performance and bug issues. At Descon IT24 (Pvt.) Ltd, Anjum served as a Technical Lead, leading development in .NET and Java projects, writing proposals, and estimating projects. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a ".Net Architect and team lead (Staff software engineer)" at TEO Pvt Ltd. As a Freelance Software Consultant, Anjum worked on various web and database projects using MS Technologies from 2008 to 2009. They then joined InsigniaSoft Pvt Ltd as a Software Architect from 2009 to 2010. Anjum also held the position of Senior .NET Architect at Strategic Systems International from 2010 to 2012, where they worked on projects for clients in Germany, UK, and USA. From 2013 to 2017, Anjum worked as the Chief Architect at Systems Limited, focusing on .NET, SQL Server, Demandware, and BI Technologies. In 2017, they founded hr-links.com and served as the Founder and Delivery Lead, specializing in headhunting and consulting related to application security, design, architecture, technical trainings, and performance optimization. Anjum Niaz has a diverse education history. Anjum obtained an MBA degree in Business, Finance, and Audit from the University of the Punjab, Lahore from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Software Engineering from the National College of Computer Science NCCS in 1991-1992. Anjum also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree with a major in Maths and a minor in Physics from Punjab University Lahore, which they earned from 1989 to 1991. In terms of secondary education, Anjum attended Garrison Boys High School Lahore and obtained an SSE (Matric) degree from 1980 to 1986. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, Microsoft Certified DBA, MCSE, MCAD.NET, Oracle EBS R12 Essentials, and Microsoft Certified Professional.
