Zack Jones

Zack Jones is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product development initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Bitly since May 2021, Zack previously held several key roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from April 2018 to May 2021, including VP, Product Manager, and Senior Associate, Product Manager. Early in Zack's career, experiences included positions at SAS as an Associate Technical Consultant, and internships at Voya Investment Management, where website design was a primary responsibility, and Synchronoss Technologies, where Zack contributed to Integrated Voice Response software development. Zack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Hartford, awarded in 2016.
