Gabriella Amaefule

Gabriella Amaefule has a strong work experience in backend engineering. Gabriella started their career as a Backend Developer intern at HNG Internship in January 2019, where they created APIs, documented development workflows, and wrote tests for the APIs.

Following their internship, they joined Skillseeds Limited as a Back End Developer in September 2019. In this role, Gabriella integrated third-party APIs for real-time data synchronization, resolved scalability issues by creating and deploying microservices, and built APIs and data clients.

In November 2021, Gabriella joined GetEquity as a Backend Engineer. Here, they collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to create an equity management feature for companies, provided engineering assistance to customer support, and contributed to the development and maintenance of core product services and features.

In July 2022, Gabriella moved to Changera as a Backend Engineer. During their time there, they introduced Test Driven Development practices and blueprints to improve code quality, contributed to the design and development of new features, and carried out routine maintenance and refactors to ensure the codebase met the required standards.

Currently, Gabriella is working as a Backend Engineer at Bitmama, starting in June 2023. Detailed information about their roles and responsibilities in this company is yet to be provided.

Gabriella Amaefule completed their education from 2016 to 2021 at the University of Jos, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they received a Certification of Participation from Gabriella Code Africa, and they also obtained a GADS Certification of Course Completion from Google Developers in the same month. Furthermore, in February 2023, they completed the "Fundamentals of Network Engineering" course and received a certification from Udemy.
