Jensen Tiongco

Jensen Tiongco is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technical support and engineering, having accumulated significant experience since 1997. Currently serving as a Product Engineer at BiTMICRO since March 2012, Jensen focuses on process design, failure analysis, and improvement of manufacturing for new and existing products. Prior to this role, Jensen held positions at SeaChange International as a Technical Support Engineer I, providing third-tier support for video-on-demand systems, and at Hewlett-Packard as a Field Support Engineer, delivering post-sales technical support.
